Refund policy

Redemption Rods maintains a strict policy regarding returns, as we do not accept returns on any custom rods. Prior to assembly, all custom rod proofs must receive approval from the purchaser, which means that all sales are considered final once this approval is granted. For any modifications or adjustments requested after the initial approval, a change fee will be applied. This policy ensures that any in-process changes are handled fairly and transparently.
